Order Acceptance
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
Delivery Policy

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate delivery information. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If the recipient is unavailable, the order may be left in a safe location at the address provided. A picture will be taken upon delivery. Once delivered, we are not responsible for the condition of the arrangement.
Pickup Policy

Customers must pick up orders within the agreed time window.

We are not responsible for the condition of arrangements that are not picked up on time.

Providing order name, order number and signature is required at pickup
Perishable Products
Flowers are perishable and may vary slightly in appearance due to seasonal availability. Substitutions of equal or greater value may be made when necessary (If approved by Customer).
Issue Reporting
Any issues with an order must be reported within 24 hours of delivery or pick up. We may request photos as part of the review process.
Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services.
Agreement
By placing an order, you agree to these terms of service.
