Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including any necessary details such as gate codes, building numbers, and unit or apartment numbers.

If the information provided is incorrect or incomplete, we are not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries.

If no one is available to receive the order at the time of delivery, the arrangement will be left in a safe location at the address provided. A photo will be taken as proof of delivery.

Once the order has been delivered, we are not responsible for its condition.
